Heart of New Jersey is a registered not-for-profit organization. We are a member of the Greater New York Region #15 of Sweet Adelines International. Every spring between 15 and 20 choruses compete in Philadelphia. There is a quartet contest as well. The first place chorus then goes on to an International competition one year later. The International Competition is in a different city every year. This is an exciting opportunity to have fun, show off our talents and to get together to appreciate the outstanding abilities of our sister choruses.
MCAC Grant The Heart of New Jersey Chorus is supported in part by a grant from the Monmouth County Arts Council. ![]() This program is made possible in part by the Monmouth County Arts Council through funding from the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders, the County Historical Commission, and the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State a Partner Agency of the National Endowment of the Arts.
